When our founder and chairman Frank Sorrentino ran a business, he couldn’t find a bank that met all of his financial needs. Frank realized that the banks in his community were lacking the financial features and superior client service he was looking for. As a result, he decided to build a bank that would always put the client at the forefront of its business model.

From day one, ConnectOne Bank has defied the expectations of what a bank can be. As we continue to grow, we will keep proving in every way that ConnectOne is the better place to be -- for our employees, our shareholders, our communities, and the industry.
