Remote Deposit Capture allows clients to use their computer and internet connection to conveniently deposit checks from the office using a desktop scanner. The process eliminates trips to the bank, and checks can be deposited 24/7, not just during banking hours.

  • Secure Multi-Factor Authentication
  • Checks deposited by 5 p.m. on a business day  will be available the next business day
  • ConnectOne's system provides various reporting logs with images of front and back of each check, as well as summary deposit reports which can be printed and/or stored electronically
  • Reports available in CSV and PDF file formats and data is retrievable for up to 45 calendar days
