How to activate your cardStep 1

Call 844-909-1621 to activate your new card and set your Personal Identification Number (PIN). Please have your account number available. Select option 1 to proceed in English or option 2 for Spanish.

Step 2

Enter your complete card number, followed by the pound (#) key. When prompted, enter your card's expiration date and 3-digit security code.

Please note, when calling to activate your card, have your primary account number available. If the phone number you are calling from is not recognized by our system, you may be asking to provide your primary account number.

Step 3

Create your new 4-digit PIN and you're done!

Give us a call at 844-266-2548 and we'll be happy to order one for you linked to your checking or savings account.

Yes! One of our fraud specialists will reach out to the contact information we have on file. Log in to your online banking to ensure we have your current information or give our Client Connections Center a call at 844-266-2548.

Text messages will also be sent indicating we need to speak with you. You will be asked to validate your identity via a series of qualifying questions that must match the information in our records to successfully authenticate you.

If you cannot be reached, ConnectOne Bank may put a temporary block on your account to prevent further fraudulent activity. We will leave a callback number and a case number for your convenience. Please have the case number available when you call back for identification purposes.
