Traveling abroad? Avoid the hassle and order your foreign currency ahead of time.

Whether you're traveling outside of the United States for business or pleasure, it's a good idea to have some foreign currency with you before you leave. ConnectOne offers several types of currency at competitive exchange rates for all our existing clients. Avoid the hassle of exchanging currency upon arrival, especially in the event the airport does not have an exchange office or is closed when you arrive. When you're ready, we'll even buy it back from you. Stop by any of our offices to exchange your currency today.

Foreign currency exchange is available to all existing ConnectOne Bank clients with a personal account. Business accounts are not eligible for foreign currency exchange. The maximum transaction amount is $3000.00 per client, per day. When you order your foreign currency through ConnectOne Bank by 3:30 PM EST, it will be delivered to your ConnectOne Bank office the next business day and require a signature upon pickup. Orders placed after 3:30 PM EST will be processed under the next business date.

*Currently, ConnectOne Bank does not assess a fee for foreign currency buys or sells to it's clients over $300.00 USD. Any foreign currency transactions under $300.00 USD will result in a $10.00 fee. If delivery is not accepted after three attempts, the order will be returned and result in a $10.00 charge.
