You can set up an alert in your online banking to remind you when you're CD maturity is coming due.
If you opted to receive your account notices online, your maturity notice will be sent securely to your online banking. Otherwise, you will receive a maturity notice by mail prior to the maturity date of your CD.
If you choose to close the CD, you must notify us in person or by phone. If you have any questions, give us a call at 844-266-2548, email us at [email protected], send us a message in your online banking, or visit your local banking office.
If you don’t notify the bank that you’d like to close the CD, your account will automatically renew after 10 calendar days for the term indicated in your CD disclosure at the prevailing rate. More information can be found in the Time Deposit Truth-In-Savings disclosure.
