Based on recent developments in check processing and technology, ConnectOne Bank can provide remote capture services to Commercial Accounts. Remote capture permits customers to scan all checks on site and electronically deposit the funds into your ConnectOne account. The service will provide the images of all checks scanned. The service has the following benefits:
Extended same day cut-off times
- Checks scanned and deposited until 5:00 p.m. will be credited same day.
Automated deposit preparation
- The system will prepare and balance the deposit information. Manual errors will be eliminated.
Elimination of messenger service/expense
- Customers will be able to deposit funds at their convenience. If necessary, our messenger service can be used for any items that cannot be scanned.
Improved customer service
- By having a database of images of deposited items, customers will be able to accelerate research of payment receipts.
